Building a Stronger Community One Individual and Family at a Time.

FSSWCI Victim & Family Support Fund

As coronavirus reverberates across hospitals, offices, schools, and homes, we are reminded of our most basic shared value. We know that all of us depend on each other for a healthy community. The same priority guides our concern for those most economically vulnerable in a pandemic, victims & families. This includes victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse/neglect, families who have limited income or no income at this time, and individuals struggling with addiction. As a community, we are responsible for the wellbeing of ourselves and our neighors. That's why FSSWCI created the Victim & Family Support Fund, to provide support to not only the clients weserve, but also others in our Community with no where to turn during this health crisis.

Utilizing our team of 25 advocates and leaders, partners, collaborating organizations, and volunteers we will mobilize our broad network throughout the West Central Indiana region to provide a flexible source of immeidate need assistance to help families weather the COVID-19 crisis. FSSWCI has a proven and long track record of working with individuals in need of support and the administration of flexible emergency assistance for families impacted by income disruption, violence in the home, and other emergencies. Funds will be made available to help families impacted by the COVID-19 crisis meet their basic and immediate needs for things like food, infant/child needs, housing needs, utility/rental assistance, and other support.
